    • We manufacture both fresh (uncooked) and fully Cooked products. Please check the package to determine if the product is fully cooked or fresh (uncooked). Cooking Instructions will be located on back of packaging or behind the label.

  4. How long is the product good after the expiration date?
    • Fresh (uncooked) products must be kept in the refrigerator, tightly wrapped, and should always be consumed or frozen prior to the expiration date or within 3 days after the package has been opened.
    • Fully cooked products must be stored in the refrigerator and should be consumed prior to the expiration date or within 3 days after the product seal has been broken.
    • Frozen products should be stored in a freezer and consumed within 3 months after freezing to ensure the best flavor. Be sure to freeze the product prior to the expiration date.
