"This Sweet Heat Slaw Dog comes together fast, packs big flavor, and feels a little extra—but takes just minutes."

Ingredients

1 package Al Fresco Hot Honey Fully Cooked Chicken Sausage

4 brioche hot dog buns

3 cups store-bought coleslaw mix (shredded multicolored cabbage + carrots)

¼ cup mayonnaise

1 Tbsp apple cider vinegar

1-2 tsp extra hot honey (for drizzle)

¼ cup crumbled feta

Salt to taste

Directions:

  • 1Whisk mayo, vinegar, and salt. Toss with coleslaw mix until lightly coated. Let sit while sausage heat.
  • 2Grill or pan-cook sausage 7-9 minutes, turning occasionally, until hot and lightly browned.
  • 3Toast buns until golden.
  • 4Place sausage in bun, Top with slaw, drizzle with hot honey, and finish with feta.
