

"This crustless quiche is the perfect spring dish using bright & fresh seasonal veggies and Al Fresco Sweet Italian Chicken Sausage"
Ingredients
1 package of Al Fresco Sweet Italian Chicken Sausage, diced
1 tbsp clarified ghee
8 eggs
1 tbsp minced garlic
1 bunch asparagus, cut into 1 inch pieces
1 leek, end and dark green top removed, light green and white parts diced
2 tbsp nutritional yeast
½ cup dairy free milk
Salt, to taste
Pepper, to taste
Fresh dill
Directions:
- 1Preheat oven to 375. In a skillet, heat ghee. Add in asparagus, leek, garlic, & sausage then sautee for about 5-7 minutes. Then pour mixture into a greased 10 inch round or 9x7 inch baking dish and spread evenly.
- 2In a large bowl whisk together eggs, milk, nutritional yeast, salt and pepper. It should be fully combined and a little frothy.
- 3Pour egg mixture over veggies, making sure it is coating them evenly throughout the baking dish.
- 4Bake for 40-45 minutes or until eggs are fully cooked. Remove from oven and allow to sit for about 10 minutes.
- 5Top with fresh dill and cracked pepper.
