

"This grilled foil packed with Roasted Pepper Chicken Sausage is a must try this summer. It takes a few minutes to prepare, and they make a full delicious meal packed with flavors."
Ingredients
1 package of al fresco Roasted Pepper & Asiago Chicken Sausage
1 lb of shrimps, cleaned and deveined
1 lb of red potatoes, cut in half
2 ears of corn
1 tbsp Cajun seasoning
Salt and black pepper to taste
1 stick of butter
1 tbsp fresh parsley for serving
Directions:
- 1Bring a large pot to the boil and season with salt.
- 2Slice the red potatoes and transfer them into the pot.
- 3Boil potatoes for 5-7 minutes.
- 4Remove them from the pot and let them cool.
- 5Garnish with fresh cilantro and scallions.
- 6In a large bowl, transfer potatoes, corn, shrimps, and sausage.
- 7Season with Cajun seasoning.
- 8Drizzle the melted butter and toss to combine.
- 9Transfer the mixture into foil paper and fold and seal to create a packet.
- 10Place packed into the grill and grill for 15 minutes.
- 11Very carefully open the packet to check if everything looks done.
- 12Cool for 5 minutes, sprinkle fresh parsley than serve. Enjoy!
