"This is the perfect summer salad! The combination of sweet berries, crunchy almonds, creamy goat cheese, and savory sausage is absolutely delicious!"
Ingredients
1 package al fresco Sweet Apple Chicken Sausage, sliced
2 cups Baby Spinach
4 Large Strawberries, stems removed and sliced
1/4 cup Blueberries
2 tbsp Sliced Almonds
2 tbsp Goat Cheese
FOR THE DRESSING:
1/2 cup Strawberries, chopped
2-3 tsp Honey, or to desired sweetness
1 tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar
1 tbsp Olive Oil
Directions:
- 1Blend together the dressing ingredients.
- 2Divide the spinach between two large bowls. Top with berries, almonds, goat cheese, and sausage. Add desired amount of dressing. Enjoy!
