Ingredients
1 package al fresco Fully Cooked Chicken Bacon
28 asparagus stalks
2 tbsp olive oil
1/2 tsp freshly ground black pepper
1/4 tsp coarse kosher salt
14 toothpicks cut in half
Directions:
- 1Clean asparagus and trim an inch off of the ends. In a shallow bowl, gently toss the asparagus with 2 tbsp of olive oil. Sprinkle evenly with freshly ground black pepper and coarse kosher salt.
- 2Cut strips of alfresco Fully Cooked Chicken Bacon in half, lengthwise. Wrap each strip of asparagus with one slice of bacon. Use a toothpick end to secure the bacon by gently pressing the sharp end of the toothpick to hold each end of the bacon against the asparagus. Repeat.
- 3Lay 14 bacon wrapped asparagus in the air fryer. Cook at 380° for 4 min. Carefully remove the bacon wrapped asparagus using tongs. Remove the toothpicks from each end. Repeat this step with the remaining 14 stalks of bacon wrapped asparagus. Plate the bacon wrapped asparagus and drizzle with balsamic glaze. Now you are ready to enjoy!
