Ingredients
2 al fresco Spicy Jalapeno Chicken Sausage links
5-6 eggs
1 cup grated pepper jack cheese
1/2 cup fresh spinach
1/4 cup diced cherry tomatoes
Directions:
- 1Dice chicken sausage into small pieces.
- 2Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl.
- 3Divide egg mixture into greased muffin pan.
- 4Bake at 375 degrees F for 15-20 minutes or until set.
