5 Ingredient Meal: Sausage with Spanish Rice

"This meal takes less than 10 minutes to make and is perfect for a weeknight dinner. My tip, warm the sausage to get a full flavor profile! "


1 package al fresco Roasted garlic Chicken Sausage, chopped

1 packet Spanish chickpea rice

8 stalks asparagus, diced

8 Cherry Tomatoes, diced

1 cup Pineapple, chopped


  • 1Cook rice as directed on packaging
  • 2In an oiled skillet, lightly sauté chopped asparagus, pineapple, and sausage until golden brown
  • 3Add cooked rice to a bowl and top with the rest of the ingredients.
  • 4OPTIONAL: sprinkle with salt and pepper and dressing of choice.
  • 5Serve and enjoy!
