Ingredients
1 package of al fresco Sweet Apple Chicken Sausage
2 boxes cornbread mix
2 eggs
2/3 cup milk
Muffin liners
Directions:
- 1Preheat the oven to 400 degrees fahrenheit.
- 2In a medium bow, mix the corn bread mix, eggs & mix.
- 3Line the muffin pan with liners or use cooking spray instead.
- 4Slice the sausage into ½ “ pieces.
- 5Pour batter into the muffin liners or pan (about ¾ full so it has room to rise).
- 6Place 1 sausage piece into each muffin. Bake at 400 degrees for 20-25 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean. Enjoy!
