Ingredients
1 package al fresco Sweet Italian Chicken Sausage, sliced
10 oz small fingerling potatoes, thinly sliced
1/2 cup red pepper slices
1/2 cup green pepper slices
1/2 cup yellow pepper slices
3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
Directions:
- 1Preheat oven to 400ºF.
- 2Tear 8 10 inch slices of heavy duty aluminum foil. Add veggies and sausage to the centers of four pieces of foil, then tuck up edges. Cover the tops with remaining foil and fold the edges to create a pouch.
- 3Bake for 30 minutes on a large baking sheet. Enjoy warm.
