Grilled BBQ Chicken Sausage Kabobs with Pineapple & Veggies

Freshly grilled bbq kebabs of pineapple and vegetables and Al Fresco Chicken Sausage

"If slightly charred, sweet apple chicken sausage, juicy pineapple, smoky peppers, onions, and zucchini make your taste buds dance, then this is the perfect shish kabob combo for you!"


1 package al fresco Sweet Apple Chicken Sausage, 1/2" slices

1 large red bell pepper, 1" cubes

1 1/2 pineapple, 1" cubes

1 medium red onion, 1" cubes

1 small zucchini, 1" cubes

1/2 cup sweet & smoky BBQ sauce


  • 1Heat grill to 400°F.
  • 2Using metal grilling skewers, layer vegtables and sausage so that there 3-4 pieces of sausage per kabob.
  • 3Grill lightly for 2 mins on each side. Then baste with BBQ sauce and cook for an additional minute on each side.
  • 4Turn off grill and allow to sit in the grill with residual heat for an additional 5 minutes.
  • 5Serve with sides like corn, and watermelon and enjoy!
