Grilled Chicken Sausage and Pineapple Kebabs

Ingredients

1 package of the al fresco Roasted Pepper and Asiago Chicken Sausage

3 ½ Peppers (green, yellow, and red orange)

2 cups of pineapple chunks (pre-cut)

¼ cup of teriyaki sauce and your favorite seasoning

1 red onion

Directions:

  • 1Fire up the grill!
  • 2While the grill is heating up, cut the sausages, peppers and onion into large chunks.
  • 3Build your kebabs with the cut ingredients and have fun!
  • 4Mix your favorite seasoning and teriyaki sauce in a small bowl and brush over kabob to your liking.
  • 5Grill kebabs for 2 minutes then flip and grill for another 2 minutes. ENJOY!
