2 (12 ounce) packages al fresco Roasted Pepper & Asiago Chicken Sausage, fully cooked (6 links), sliced 1" pieces

1 1/2 cups cherry tomatoes

1 large orange bell pepper, cut into 1" pieces

1 large yellow bell pepper, cut into 1" pieces

1 medium red onion, cut into 1" pieces

2 small zucchini, cut into 1" pieces

1/4 cup balsamic vinaigrette

1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions
  • Soak the wooden skewers in water while preparing the vegetables. Pre-heat grill to medium-high heat.
  • Prepare the skewers by threading the chicken sausage and cut vegetables, alternating ingredients onto the skewer.  Brush each kabob lightly with balsamic vinaigrette.
  • Spray skewers with cooking spray and grill turning frequently, about 5 minutes per side, basting with the balsamic vinaigrette.
  • Arrange on a platter, season with freshly ground black pepper and a sprig of rosemary. Serve immediately.
