

"Growing up, one of my favorite nights was make your own pizza night. I loved getting to create exactly what I wanted, which generally included as many toppings as possible. This recipe is a go-to for my family. It is so quick and easy. I love that the chicken sausage is already cooked which helps with prep time. "
Ingredients
1 package al fresco Spinach & Feta Chicken Sausage, thinly sliced
Naan pizza crust
pizza sauce
green pepper, sliced
onion, sliced
sliced mushrooms
feta crumbles
baby spinach
olive oil
Directions:
- 1Saute veggies in a pan with olive oil over medium heat. Cook until desired tenderness.
- 2Pre-cook Naan pizza crust at 400 degrees for 3-4 minutes with a little bit of olive oil.
- 3Remove Naan crust from oven, top with chicken sausage, feta, veggies, and fresh spinach.
- 4Bake at 400 degrees for 10-12 minutes until crisp.
