Chicken Meatballs and Broccoli Penne

1 16 oz. box of penne pasta

1 cup broccoli florets

1 package (12 ounces) al fresco Italian Style Chicken Meatballs

Store bought Alfredo or white wine sauce

1 Tbsp olive oil

1 tsp parsley

1 tsp black pepper

Optional: 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese


  • 1Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  • 2Heat 1 Tbs. olive oil in large skillet on medium high heat. Sauté the meatballs and broccoli for 5 minutes or until the meatballs are lightly browned. Add the pasta and sauce and stir to coat.
  • 3Season with parsley and black pepper, remove from heat and serve.
  • 4Optional: top with Parmesan cheese.
