One Pan Gnocchi, Sausage, and Veggies

"This delicious healthy dinner is on the table in 30 minutes, making it perfect for a busy weeknight! Full of veggies, gnocchi, and al fresco Sweet Italian Chicken Sausage, there is plenty of variety for even the pickiest eaters!"


1 package of al fresco Sweet Italian Chicken Sausage, sliced into 1/2 inch pieces

2 1/2 cups of uncooked gnocchi

1 small head broccoli, chopped into florets (about 3 cups)

2 orange peppers, seeded and chopped (about 2 1/2 cups)

1 cup cherry tomatoes

Ā¼ cup olive oil

1/2 tsp paprika

1/2 tsp salt

1/4 tsp garlic powder

1/4 tsp onion powder


  • 1Preheat oven to 425oF.
  • 2Add all of the ingredients to a large pan and mix together.
  • 3Bake in the oven for 15-20 minutes, stirring halfway, or until the gnocchi is fully cooked.
