Pasta and Chicken Sausage

"I enjoyed making this quick and easy weeknight meal. The fully cooked sausage was so easy to heat up without any hassle. My family I loved this recipe and al fresco sausages are a GREAT healthy on-hand item."


1 package al fresco Sundried Tomato Chicken Sausage

2 servings of pasta

1/4 cup butter

1 cup heavy cream

3 cloves diced garlic

1/2 tablespoon Black Pepper

1 tablespoon Parsley

1/2 tablespoon Salt

1/2 tablespoon Italian herbs

1 cup parmesan cheese


  • 1Cook sausage on medium heat until a golden brown and set aside.
  • 2Boil water and cook pasta as instructed on the box suggest and set pasta aside.
  • 3Add butter and diced garlic to a pan on medium heat.
  • 4Then mix in seasonings and stir.
  • 5Pour heavy cream in the pan and stir.
  • 6Sprinkle in the Parmesan cheese and cook until sauce is a golden color.
  • 7Add pasta to parmesan cheese. ENJOY!
