Pre-heat pan on medium heat and lightly coat with cooking spray. Sauté for about 3 to 4 minutes, turning halfway, untill browned and heated through.

Microwave on high for 45 seconds until heated through.

Air fry on 350ºF for 5 minutes until heated through.
