Pre-heat pan on medium-low heat and lightly coat with cooking spray.  Sauté for about 25 to 30 minutes, turning frequently, untill browned and internal temperature reaches 165oF.

grill

Pre-heat grill on medium-low heat and lightly coat with oil.  Grill for about 25 to 30 minutes, turning frequently, untill browned and internal temperature reaches 165oF.

air fryer

Air fry on 350oF for 10 minutes until heated through until intermal temperature reaches 165oF.
