Cooking Instructions

Meatballs

Portion into 2oz balls, back at 350°F for 20 to 22 minutes in the oven until internal temperature reaches 165°F.

Patties

Portion into 4oz patties, 3-4 minutes per side on a high temperature grill or 3-4 minutes per side on a pre-oiled skillet over medium heat until internal temperature reachs 165°F.

Crumbles

Evenly crumble, 8-10 minutes on a pre-oiled skillet on medium-high heat stirring constantly until internal temperature reaches 165°F.
